  • Deborah will be on leave till the end of January. Cliff, Kathy and Jennifer will be covering her clients. You can leave a message for one of them, or leave one in Deborah's voice mail box, and we will match you up with an available practitioner. Kathy is covering the Monday 5:00 and 6:30 pm classes and Cliff is covering the Thursday 10:00 am class until Deborah returns to teach class sometime in January.

  • Julie is available January and February. She will be away teaching in Italy and Switzerland in March.

  • Cliff is offering a new service: life coaching. Read about his practice, Postitive Edge Coaching, on his website. In other news, Cliff will begin his studies in the MS in Mind-Body Medicine program at Saybrook University in January.

  • 2010 Workshops: January brings 4 workshops from Julie and Cliff. Enroll now! Keep an eye out for our 2010 program to be announced soon.

  • New phone mail system: We have a new phone mail system that now also has separate boxes for all 5 practitioners, class inquiries, workshop inquiries and registrations, and for the Sounder Sleep School®. We hope this will make it easier to respond to your calls.

  • The Sounder Sleep School® of San Francisco, based at our Center, got off to a strong start with a workshop and our first weekly class series for insomnia and stress reduction. It was a great success. In the words of one student: "I've tried about everything and the Sounder Sleep System® has worked wonders." We will continue with more workshops and classes next year: schedule to be announced soon.

  • Newsletter and Mailing List Policy: We try to provide you with the most current information and news in these Newsletters. At the same time, we don't want to clutter your in-box. You can expect about 8 Newsletters per year. We don't sell or trade our mailing list with anyone. Read more about our policy on the website.
